WHEN DOES EACH COMPETITION ENDS
Each competition includes a draw timer but may close early, often due to quick sellouts.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE A WINNER
Each customer will be assigned a unique number upon placing their order. All numbers will then be entered into a Google generator to randomly select the winner, and the process will be live-streamed across all social media platforms.
WHAT IF ALL ENTRIES ARE NOT SOLD IN TIME
We have never extended a timer! If tickets remain unsold, the draw will still take place as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM
No, in order to ensure fairness to all winners, prizes cannot be exchanged. The draws are final.
